At Fulton's Crab House , we love to showcase fresh seafood from ports worldwide! However, sometimes the best of things can be found in your own back yard. This saying holds true with the start of Stone Crab Season quickly approaching. Stone Crab Season starts October 15 and lasts until May 15 every year. Considered a seafood delicacy, stone crab is best known for its rich, sweet, lobster-like meat.
This year Chef Ron Cope has added two new twists to the ever popular mustard sauce; traditionally served with stone crab. Key Lime mustard sauce adds just a kick of flavor and Cilantro Aioli lends a fresh, light taste. Chef Cope and the someliers recommend that you pair your stone crabs with a glass of Oyster Bay Chardonnay from New Zealand.
